Eastern United Netball is a club that prides itself on its ability to develop players through our elite training structures and coaching.

Jackie Carroll is Head Coach and Owner of Eastern United Netball; with her rich background in netball as well as experience she brings as an elite athlete, playing in her seventh season at VNL  she knows the rigours, expectations and skills required to progress through the Netball Victoria Pathway.

Jackie has been playing netball since she was 7 years old progressing through the Netball Victoria Pathway. She starting playing domestic netball when she was young, played representative netball until she was 14 before getting selected into a VNL Development team at age 15.

Jackie has now been playing VNL for the past 8 years and has been coached by elite coaches throughout her journey.

Jackie was an athlete at Rowville Sports Academy through her schooling years from Year 7 to Year 12, where she was lucky enough to be coached by some incredibly knowledgeable coaches; some who are coaching VNL Championship, played in the ANZ Championships and some who are currently Coaches in the Suncorp Super Netball League.

Jackie has a wealth of knowledge and knows what it takes to play netball at an elite level. She has been apart of high performance netball programs  such as Zone Academy, VNL and Rowville Sports Academy's netball program, so knows what players need to be doing to take their netball to the next level. 

Jackie has coached at a domestic level, representative level, State titles and VNL level, coached athletes in a one-one situation as well as being involved in various academies.

We recognise that it takes more than just skill training for a player to perform at their best; we view each player as an athlete first and focus on ensuring their bodies and minds are in peak condition to perform.
